Study Tip of the Week: Get. Some. Sleep!

It can be easy when you’re under the pump to say “ I’ll sleep when this assignment is in,” or “ I’ll sleep when this exam is over”.  But the science is pretty clear on this one. Lack of sleep slows your mind down, makes you less productive, and less likely to retain knowledge. So getting sleep will mean you’re at peak performance level and producing your best work.
