This is a postgraduate unit and only available to students enrolled in postgraduate courses.
This unit aims at augmenting the existing student knowledge base through improvement in communication skills and preparing students for Organisational Communication. Through this unit the students will be able to apply their understanding of business and effective communication to real-life work scenarios.
Students will be encouraged and guided to adopt necessary business etiquette, deal with complexities of cultural variances and coexist with colleagues and clients. Other important aspects associated with organisational communication and employment communication like workplace conditions, adaptability, job search and preparations would constitute a major part of the unit.
