Integrated Design is an engineering capstone project which consolidates previous learning in the engineering course. The main features of this unit are:
For Chemical and Civil and Structural engineering students Integrated Design consists of two units, ENG405 and ENG406. For Electrical and Electronics and Mechanical engineering students Integrated Design includes only ENG405. ENG405 and ENG406 can be taken in any order.
All learning materials will be made available on-line through Learnline. Therefore students must have reliable access to the internet, with high-speed broadband being highly recommended.
Students studying this unit in external mode must attend residential activity at the Casuarina Campus during the mid-semester study period. More information about residentials can be found at http://www.cdu.edu.au/engit/residentials.
