LWS320 Practical Advocacy

The unit provides a student with both a theoretical and practical foundation to the skills of advocacy. Whilst instruction primarily takes place in the context of a court room scenario, the skills of argument structure and presentation have broader application and will be of relevance to many situations where a graduate may be required to present oral argument in support of a proposition.
