The unit will allow you to apply the principles of quality use of medicines in registered nursing practice in a medical or surgical ward setting.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eParticipating in this professional Experience Placement will give you the opportunity to demonstrate person-centred care and professional competencies within the scope of practice of a novice to advanced beginner nursing student. To meet accreditation requirements, you must attend 160 mandatory clinical placement hours as a part of this unit. To attend your Professional Experience Placement, you must demonstrate that you are up to date with all your preclinical requirements and that you have achieved 100% in your medication quiz.
