PRBE002 Decision Making

This is a postgraduate unit and only available to students enrolled in postgraduate courses.
Decision Making introduces techniques and methodologies that can be used for decision making in business. Techniques introduced include a number of quantitative and qualitative methods that people in business employ. Understanding when and how to use the various techniques will be reinforced with practical problem solving exercises and discussion questions during the first ten weeks of the course, together with two major assignments in which statistical techniques and financial analysis techniques are applied to business and/or management decision making.
