In this introductory unit, students develop in-depth understandings about their own learning behaviours as Indigenous learners and the broad life-long learning dispositions required for successful tertiary learning. Students identify their own successful learning behaviours; develop a shared definition for successful learning behaviours as Indigenous learners; and use an on-line inventory to assess themselves across a range of learning behaviours. Students then develop a personal learning plan for their own academic learning journeys.
