This topic introduces students to various themes of Byzantine history including the Foundations of Byzantium, The Transition from Ancient to Medieval Empire from 330 AD to the end of 9th Century. Students will engage in discussions and debates about significant themes in history integrating this knowledge to develop a multi-media project.
