MAN212 Organisational Behaviour

The unit aims to provide an introduction to basic individual, group and organisational processes, as they affect people working in organisations. Students will develop knowledge of the major theories and models in key areas of organisational behaviour; including employee perception, workplace attitudes, motivation, the organisation of work, stress, conflict, group dynamics, communication, culture, power, strategy, structure and change management.
