SOFTEN THE FUCK UP

In today's society, it can be tough to be a man. How often have you heard boys and men told to be tough and strong, or not show weakness, or to not cry? …To ask for help or talk about it will show you are weak.

These beliefs and attitudes have been ingrained from a very young age, and it is destroying our men and their families. Depression and mental health issues are rising. In Australia we lose more than seven men to suicide each day.

This needs to change… NOW!
