30-Day Account & Wholesale Orders - Policy & Procedure

Welcome to our dedicated page for business customers, schools, libraries, and bulk buyers. We offer flexible 30-day account terms and wholesale pricing to support your purchasing needs. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how it works.

Account Setup Process

To apply for a 30-day account or wholesale pricing:

1. Complete the Application Form. Fill out our account application form with your business details, ABN (if applicable), and contact information.

2. Verification & Approval Our team will review your application within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive confirmation via email once approved.

3. Account Activation Once approved, you’ll receive login credentials and access to individual pricing and invoice terms.

Ordering Procedure

Once your account is active, placing orders is simple:

• Browse & Select Titles: Use our online catalogue or contact our team for curated lists and quote by emailing bookshop@cdu.edu.au

• Submit Purchase Order: Email your official purchase order to bookshop@cdu.edu.au and quote this in the notes field if using online ordering.

• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an order summary and estimated delivery timeline within 24 hours.

• Shipping & Delivery Orders for items in stock are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Bulk and preorder items may require additional lead time.

Payment Terms

• 30-Day Invoicing Approved accounts receive net 30-day terms from the invoice date.

• Accepted Payment Methods We accept EFT, bank transfer, and cheque payments. Credit card payments may incur a surcharge.

• Late Payments Overdue accounts may be subject to suspension of account privileges.

Wholesale Policy

• Minimum Order Requirement: Special pricing applies to orders of 10 or more units per title.

• Discount Structure: Discounts vary by publisher and volume. Contact our team for a custom quote.

• Returns & Cancellations: Wholesale orders are non-returnable unless items are damaged or incorrect. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Exclusions & Limitations

Please note the following:

• Preorder titles and special orders are not eligible for promotional discounts, CDU Rewards and special offers with account terms.

• Account privileges are subject to periodic review and may be revoked for non-compliance.

• We reserve the right to modify terms and pricing without prior notice.
