SPE351 - PSYCHOLOGY AND SPORT
In this unit students will develop practical strategies and skills within performance psychology that can be utilised within the daily training environment of sport, recreation, educational settings, and rehabilitation settings. The unit emphasises psychological processes and strategies that enhance individual, group and team performance and processes. Students will analyse psychological principles as they apply to physical self-enhancement through both theory and practical implications. Attention will be given to coaching behaviours and their effect upon performance in a range of areas.
