FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 QUICK REFERENCE CARD

On 1 August 2011, a new set of Federal Court Rules began operation, completely superseding the Federal Court Rules 1979. The Quick Reference Card: Federal Court Rules 2011 (QRC) will ease your transition to the new Rules and enable you to locate the information you require quickly and easily. It will guide you through the substantive changes to the rules governing commencing a proceeding, appeals and genuine steps requirements. The QRC is organised into the different stages of running matters in the Federal Court, enabling you to find the relevant rules to assist you all the way from pre-trial through to the conclusion of proceedings.
