Direct Deposit for Payments
If you want to pay by direct deposit, please reference your Quote or Invoice Number and email remittances to bookshop@cdu.edu.au. Orders will not be released or dispatched until payment has been received and verified.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia‑wide using Australia Post.
Postage costs are calculated using Australia Post’s weight‑based pricing.
During peak academic periods, eligible students may receive free postage when using an approved SSAF code.
In‑Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
Customers may choose to collect their order in‑store at no additional cost.
You will be notified when your order is ready, and collection is available during standard business hours.
Print‑on‑Demand Books
Selected titles are available through our Print‑on‑Demand service, providing access to books that may not be regularly stocked.
