DET601 - Dietetics Professional Skills
DET601 Dietetics Professional Skills is a capstone unit in the Master of Dietetics This unit draws on all knowledge, skills and competences developed throughout the course and provides opportunity to practice and apply dietetic skills prior to final professional placements Students will also learn and apply theories and develop competencies in ethical and professional practice, interprofessional and multidisciplinary practice, business development, codes of practice, entrepreneurship, mentorship, emotional intelligence and digital technologies.
Students are required to attend a 2-week full-time on-campus intensive in the final two weeks of the unit.
