ECE112 - Legislative and Regulatory Compliance

This unit provides an understanding of the legal, regulatory compliance and ethical frameworks including the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, that govern the early childhood education and care sector. Preservice teachers will develop the skills to identify policy, legal, compliance and ethical implications for a range of situations and practically based scenarios and develop skills to navigate their legal and ethical professional responsibilities and how to navigate their legal and ethical professional responsibilities.
