ECE303 Curriculum and Programming in Early Childhood
This unit will address curriculum and programming issues for learners in early years' education settings including childcare and school. This unit will enable students to extend their knowledge of early childhood curricula and programming, with particular reference to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and its integration with foundation and applicable levels of the Australian curriculum. It investigates transformative ways in which educators, learners, families and community are interdependent. This unit locates and provides linkages to curriculum expectation and learner goals and outcomes across all early years and primary contexts with respect for individual needs, diversity and social justice.
