ENT202 - Innovation: Strategies and Systems
In a world of rapidly changing customer needs, wants and desires, innovation is central to the realisation of competitive advantage and profitability. This unit leads students through an exploration of theories, techniques and frameworks that can be used to motivate and support innovation. Students will develop advanced understanding of the rationale behind innovation, the various type of innovation, innovation strategies, the process that successful innovation follows and the barriers and challenges to innovation adoption.
