FIN205 Business Finance

The aim of this unit is to provide an introduction to the theoretical principles of finance and financial decision making in the context of the Australian institutional environment. The unit is designed to provide students who are only doing this one course in finance, an adequate basic knowledge of the subject, which will be of use to them, irrespective of the field of business in which they intend to major. This unit is also designed to provide a foundation for students who are intending to engage in further studies in this field.
