HEA505 Facilitating Clinical Learners
This unit enables students to develop a sound knowledge and skill base in relation to facilitation of clinical learners in a range of settings. In the introductory phase, this unit will acquaint the student with various models, theories and frameworks, which have shaped clinical teaching and facilitation. Additionally, the student will develop competence in a range of teaching and learning strategies, student feedback and student assessment. Students will also come to understand the importance of evaluation of their own teaching through student evaluation and peer review.
