HEA513 Advanced Client Assessment

This unit will introduce students to the required clinical foundations for development and implementation of their NP roles. It will guide students in developing culturally appropriate client assessment knowledge and skills on which to base advanced and extended client care in their clinical setting. The unit will emphasise comprehensive, systematic client assessment using a nursing model of client care while integrating common diagnostic physical assessment techniques. This unit includes a mandatory one week face-to-face workshop.
