HRM201 Human Resource Management

This unit concentrates on the management of human resources in the external and internal organisation context. It focuses on the contribution of Human Resource Management to competitive advantage via an analysis of Human Resource planning, job design, staffing, reward systems, staff development, and Human Resource Management in an international context. The relationship between the legal, ethical, and industrial relations issues and Human Resource Management is also explored.
