HSC111 Ethics in Health Care
This is a core unit in the Bachelor of Health Science. It provides an introduction to ethical theories and concepts, as well as principles such as justice, advocacy, autonomy, non-maleficence and beneficence. The student will also explore the application of ethics to healthcare particularly related to chronic disease, public health, Indigenous health, cultural security, cultural safety, and resource allocation.
