IAS182 - Music Making and Theory 2
This unit provides the structure for music students to combine theory and practice in increasingly challenging ways at an introductory level. An emphasis on demonstrating increased understanding of the foundations of music and skills in musical technique focusing on stylistic and interpretive characteristics of repertoire. Students will learn instrumental and vocal techniques with reference to anatomy, physiology and efficient body use in order to enable students to practice and perform music of increasing complexity in a safe and sustainable manner.
