IAS319 - Workshop in Short Stories and Poetry
This unit develops students' skills in creative practice and process, and provides students with a range of creative writing tools to produce their own original, creative works. Through the analysis of techniques used in poetry and short stories, students will engage in productive, meaningful discussions about poetry, narrative structure and creative writing theory and practice. Students will workshop their own creative works with their lecturer and peers to engage in the writing process and produce a portfolio of creative writing.
