IAS422 - Quantitative Research Methods and Application
This unit introduces techniques and methods that can lend empirical support to decision-making. Techniques introduced include several statistical methods that enable students to collect, process and present data (e.g., descriptive statistics, regression analysis, and forecasting). Understanding when and how to use the various techniques will be reinforced with practical problem-solving exercises and discussion questions during the unit. Upon completing this unit, students will apply statistical concepts to present both quantitative and qualitative data.
