IDB103 - Introduction to Management

The primary purpose of this undergraduate unit is to introduce students to the fundamentals of management. It covers both management and organisational theories including important organisational issues, processes, management strategies and tactics useful to internal and external stakeholders of organisations. This unit also provides the foundational knowledge for a series of Human Resource Management and Management units.
