LWA112 Environmental & Planning Law

This unit is designed to give students an overview of environmental and planning law as it currently exists in the Territory, Federally and Internationally. It will examine philosophical underpinnings and Commonwealth environmental law, as well as some of the key areas of pollution control and planning law in the Northern Territory.
