LWA210 Contemporary Issues

The aim of this unit is to analyse and evaluate concepts, authorities and ideas related to a specialist topic in law. The particular topic of law studied varies with each offering of this repeatable unit. The topic is more specialised in nature than other law electives in the regular cycle of offerings. This unit will include a comparative transnational and/or international element, where appropriate.
