LWZ115 - Legal Process
This is a foundation unit, providing students with a broad understanding of legal processes. The unit takes a historical and comparative approach in developing an understanding of the Australian common law legal system. Constitutional structures and the principal sources of law will be considered. These issues will be further developed in the unit Comparative Legal Systems. Topics examined in this unit include:
