MAN206 Managing Change

The capability to lead change is critical for managers working in modern business and government organisations. This undergraduate unit uses theory and practice to introduce the concepts of change management and organisational development in a global environment. To prepare students for leading change the unit reviews models of organisational change, managing resistance to change, organisational development interventions, and change in chaotic and unpredictable environments.
