MAN511 Services Management

This postgraduate unit addresses key issues related to the management of services. Students will investigate the concept of services as the growth driver of developed economies and how services can be utilised more effectively to create competitive advantage. Students will analyse trends in the environment and develop knowledge and skills needed to manage services in different sectors.
