NUR342 Evidence Based Health Research and Practice

This unit examines the construction and nature of research data. It aims to facilitate the development of a working knowledge of research and evidence-based practice and their place in the health disciplines; with the emphasis on and its application to professional practice. This unit will also introduce the student to the process of critical inquiry. In addition, descriptive, empirical, critical and other research paradigms will be examined.
