NUR532 - Professional Practice

This unit prepares students for their professional role working individually and in teams in a range of practice and professional contexts. Students will gain theoretical knowledge of effective professional practice and develop skills in applying this knowledge in relevant contexts, and in relation to complex practice and professional issues. The capacity to work effectively as an individual and in teams is vital for professional practice. Models of intraprofessional and interprofessional practice will be critically evaluated for their efficacy in providing effective professional nursing care.
