NUR555 - Scrub/Scout Nursing 2

This unit continues to build upon knowledge gained in NUR554, continuing to build knowledge that supports patient safety and person-centred care by the scrub/scout nurse. The unit will examine best practice across a range of sub-specialities and the related role of the scrub/scout nurse. Students will engage with evidence-based practice and research as they critique their role in creating a safe surgical space.  

This unit is only available to students enrolled in the UPERN1 Graduate Certificate of Perioperative Nursing and SCNU01 Master of Clinical Nursing.
