NUT507 - Nutrition Communication
This unit provides students with communication and nutrition education skills required to support nutrition-related behavioural change. Students will learn techniques for interviewing, counselling, and group education, including the use of technology and innovations to support behavioural change. Ethical issues and working in multi-disciplinary professional teams will be addressed.
This unit includes 5 days of online workshops that are interspersed throughout the semester.
