SPE205 Biomechanics and Movement Analysis
Human movement is determined by the physical laws of nature. An appreciation of these laws is essential to the understanding of how the human body interacts with its environment and the subsequent optimization of human performance. Biomechanics is the science concerned with the internal and external forces acting on the human body and the effects produced by those forces. This unit introduces students to the core elements of biomechanics. It is a requirement of this unit to have access to the CDU website and the Internet.
