SPE209 Exercise Physiology 1

This unit is designed to assist students to gain knowledge of the body's acute and chronic responses to exercise. They will then apply this knowledge to maximise human exercise potential and assist in rehabilitation through exercise physiological testing and exercise prescription across different aged populations, genders and cultures.
