SPE371 - Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

This unit provides students with a broad and coherent knowledge and understanding of a range of musculoskeletal conditions that require special attention when prescribing exercise. Students will learn how to assess exercise capacity of clientele and prescribe exercise to improve health and wellbeing without increasing risks. In addition, students are advised to attend the laboratory sessions which facilitates clinical decision making in programming, prescribing and delivering rehabilitative exercises to a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
