About the Authors

Sarah Withnall Howe is a Lecturer in the School of Law and Criminology at Murdoch University. Sarah currently teaches the units Australian Legal System and Torts. Her interests include the areas of tort law, administrative law and human research ethics.

Greg Walsh is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Law at The University of Notre Dame Australia Sydney Campus. His teaching and research interests include tort law.
